What to write about

Corrections

A price, a specification or a statement you believe is wrong. Include the page address, the figure, and a source for the correct value, such as the maker's specification sheet or the seller's listing. How corrections are checked and how fast they are fixed is set out in the corrections policy on the about page.

Questions about the data

How a number was worked out, a model you expected to find and did not, or how to use the data yourself. The methodology page answers most of these, and the data download page has the full dataset and its license.

Partnerships

Affiliate programs, data licensing and research use of the dataset. Placement on this site is not for sale, so a partnership never changes a list, a ranking or a figure; the affiliate disclosure page lists the programs the site belongs to today.

What we cannot help with

This site is a data index. It cannot give installation advice, quote an installation, or assess a particular home's wiring; a licensed electrician can. Orders, deliveries and returns are handled by the seller you bought from.
